I specialize in Real Estate Photography. I don't shoot weddings or other types of photography for hire. I have been into photography all my life and decided to give real estate photography a try as a profession over ten years ago. I use digital single-lens reflex cameras with the proper wide-angle lenses that are required for this type of photography. I also employ muti-image bracket exposures and blend them together in specialized software to achieve a final image that looks more lifelike than can be achieved in a single exposure. I also correct for white balance and straighten the verticals. This attention to detail takes time, but the results are worth it.

You get one chance to catch the attention of a potential buyer. Studies have been done on how long potential buyers stay on listings with poor images, sadly it is about 4 seconds!
